Set course to wherever has FTL fuel cheap, there's buyers for your junk, and the local authorities won't flip their shit when a six kilometer long unidentified alien derelict drops in unannounced. Conversely, avoid any place where the locals are so aggressively opportunistic they would start slicing the ship up for scrap or to get loot out the second they find out it can't fight back or jump away.
What are your and Huin's physical and mental abilities and skills? What do you remember of how you became de facto captain of this space wreck and your life before this point? And just how big are you, anyway? 'Cause you appear to be filling the entire floor of that room. You're not rooted down, are you?
Between the two of you, how much knowledge do you collectively have about tozols? And just how much head trauma did that tozol have? Half gone? Hole through and through? Smashed in, or what? That might give an idea of how much brain she had to regenerate and maybe how much she'll remember from before.
Don't vent the air from areas that have not been cleared yet. While it might kill nasties, it won't effect anything that can survive in a vacuum, and there's potentially valuable items in those sections that are pressure sensitive that would be destroyed, or valuable creatures that would die. But overall, atmospheric gases are vital and irreplaceable out here and should not be wasted.
Instead, access atmospheric controls, adjust the percentage of oxygen in the mix for those compartments down a few percent and do a full air exchange. That'll leave any critter that needs oxygen to breathe either passed out or lethargic, and anybody going in would only need to wear a breathing mask with supplemental oxygen instead of a full space suit.
Do you have any control over the artificial gravity system on the ship, and how much granularity is there to that control? Can it only be adjusted ship-wide, or can it be changed for smaller areas? Because turning the gravity up, down, off, or reorienting it in a section would be a great way to screw with any hostiles in there.
